LIVING COMFORT
The space between the uprights of the walls and beams of the floors is completely filled with rock wool. We have therefore 140 mm of insulation in the walls and in attics 200-250mm. The outer walls are then coated with a coat of polystyrene, of a thickness varying from 4 to 6 cm.
Therefore, the transmittance values are absolutely higher than those which have the horizontal and vertical opaque closures of the traditional structures.
The property does not by any Case Study of moisture. In the "download" you can see the results of an audit of a thermo-hygrometer wall type, by which we see as the same wall present transmittance values well below the limits prescribed by the regulations and, for its own constitution , no condensation both superficial and interstitial.
The walls allow excellent sound insulation which vary from 60 to 70 Rm (db), depending on the applied thicknesses.
